What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €4.95, and we ship via DHL. Most packages fit through your mailbox, so you don't need to be home to receive them.
How long does it take for my package to ship?
We'll process your order within two business days. After that, DHL will take over.
Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us if you need to cancel. We'll confirm your cancellation and refund your money. Is your order already on its way? Then read more about returns.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products are still in their undamaged, original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. After receiving your return package and providing the packaging is still intact, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.
