Order & Shipping
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with a track and trace code so you can follow your package! We almost always ship with DHL.
The shipping costs in the Netherlands for a letterbox package are €4.95
Orders over €50 are free!
Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are €8.95 per package, with free shipping on orders over €75.
You can of course always pick up your package for free in Langbroek :)
Yes, that's possible. If you received the wrong item or it was damaged, please contact us by email at info@calendulacare.nl. (info@calendulacare.nl.)We'll be happy to provide a photo, and our team will send you a return label to return your package.
If your product is unused and in its original packaging, it may be returned upon consultation; please note: in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Soaps can be returned to the address listed on the shipping label, including your order number.
Yes, that's possible! The billing address and delivery address don't have to be the same. You can specify this at checkout. There's no invoice included in the package.
